I designed the first Elephant cup in March 2020. At this time the tense political situation in the US and the galloping climate crisis were accompanied by the Corona pandemic. I felt an urgent need to express something uncomplicated and simple. I put my focus on something as basic as throwing a fun cup for my breakfast table. It's naive and retro and it made me happy and safe. The great response I have received on these pink goodies indicate that I am not alone in needing a measure of humor in everyday life.

The jars and cups are all individual in size and shape but are part of the same family.
